Dennis Munden, of 27143 Ice Harbor Dr., Burbank Heights, is a retired Agriculture Science and Natural Resources instructor at Columbia High School in Burbank. Dennis is a graduate of Washington State University with a major in Production Agriculture and Agricultural Science Education. As a longtime member of the Burbank community, Dennis has served as a firefighter/EMT with Fire District #5, has volunteered at First Baptist Church, worked on facilities planning with the Columbia School District and has been active with state and national professional teacher organizations. Dennis is a graduate of the Washington Ag. Forestry adult leadership program, and currently holds the Credentialed Cooperative Director Certification. Dennis and his wife Lori are the parents of three adult children and enjoy five grandchildren.

Vic Parks of Burbank, is retired from Battelle National Laboratory as a Building Technician. During his ten year career as a journeyman electrician, Vic installed and maintained center pivot irrigation systems throughout the Columbia basin and northern Oregon. He was a commercial fisherman for six years and did fisheries research for the National Marine Fisheries Service for four years. Vic has lived in the Burbank community more than thirty years. In addition to his position on the Columbia REA Board he volunteers for various activities in the Burbank School District. Vic has earned his Credentialed Cooperative Director Certificate. Vic and his wife Wanda have six grown children and ten grandchildren.

Doug Logan is an educator and administrator, having served as Dean of the Edward F. Cross School of Engineering at Walla Walla University for nine years. Classes he has taught include the capstone engineering course, engineering economy, and power engineering classes. He also works as an independent consultant in the electric power industry.
Prior to joining the faculty of WWU in 2008, Doug accumulated nearly thirty years of experience in multiple areas of the electric power industry, including 10+ years in utility employment, 10+ years in consulting, and six years with a technology firm serving the power industry. His consulting clients represent almost every sector of the power industry, and have included municipal utilities, federal power marketing agencies, and the National Rural Electric Cooperative Association. His expertise includes utility management auditing, wholesale power market analysis and forecasting, supply planning, reliability analysis, and decision analysis. Altogether, he brings more than 40 years of experience in and observation of the energy industry to the table.
Doug currently serves as chair of the Walla Walla County Community Health Advisory Board and is involved in a handful of related organizations.
